Even though the puppies are traveling in a pressurised and climate controlled compartment with food and water in their crate, the strange sounds, movements and environment can stress them out. Be sure to have a towel, wet wipes, patience and a gentle spirit on hand to welcome your puppy to its new home and town.

Your puppy will have received vaccinations appropriate for their age at the time of purchase. We will provide a record of these vaccinations and recommend that you continue the vaccination schedule with your chosen veterinarian.
If a licensed veterinarian determines within 3 years that your puppy has a medical issue due to a pre-existing condition not caused by the new environment, we will accept the return of the puppy and offer a replacement or refund at your discretion.
